About Lee

Lee is an experienced residential, commercial and new build property solicitor who has been advising, investors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and developers for over 18 years.

Lee is passionate about client care and customer service. In his previous business he guided his conveyancing team to win a National Award for Small Conveyancing Team of the Year for the North of England.

In his spare time, Lee spends time with his wife Alison and two children, Alice and Thomas. They enjoy travelling extensively throughout the UK and Europe in their motorhome. Lee enjoys mountain biking regularly and, in the winter, goes snowboarding in the Italian Alps.

History

Lee has spent the whole of his legal career owning and managing law firms in West Yorkshire.

Lee qualified as a solicitor in the year 2004 with extensive experience in Residential & Commercial Property, Wills & Probate, and Litigation. He decided to specialise in Property and Conveyancing.

He became a Partner in his first law firm at the age of 26. He then went on to build and manage his own residential and commercial property law firm in Huddersfield. Lee is experienced in all aspects of law firm management, but his real passion is client care and conducting the legal work himself.

Lee is currently Head of Arch.Convey for the international law firm, Arch Law. Lee embraces modern methods of working and utilises the very best technology delivering legal solutions differently for his clients.

One of Lee’s specialisms is Charitable Property, he is a Trustee for a local CVS, supporting over 100 local charities offering commercial property expertise to the board regarding the charity’s substantial property portfolio.
